This place is gorgeous! So we’ll kept and with friendly staff my questions are always swiftly answered! We absolutely love ... the pool and other amenities people do a great job of keeping the place tidy and the residents do their part as well always dog poop bags available and the grounds are well kept! Excellent staff!
I absolutely love this place and think they probably have the best staff that work here I have ever experienced they are ... so helpful and I gotta say they go above and beyond to help with anything! I can only imagine the amount of stress that they might feel due to COVID challenges but you would never know they are all fantastic! Love it here
I moved in 6 weeks ago and absolutely love it. The grounds are so well-kept, the apartment is beautiful, and the times I ... have needed to contact the office, they take care of whatever you are asking about immediately. I had two minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and Kayla in the office got right on it and got Noah over right away. The Catherine Townhomes is a hidden gem in Scottsdale! The renovated units are remarkably nice for the location and price ... range. It is centered in a diverse culinary neighborhood, where you can find new restaurants and a Whole Foods is just 3 minutes away! Plus, the trees, grassy areas, and the nearby canal offer a plethora of migratory birds and wildlife that makes you feel a little closer to nature. But not too close! I've never ran into any issues with unwanted guests with more than 6 legs. The Catherine is so pet friendly, all of my neighbors are lovely dog and cat owners. The best attribute of the staff and management of the Catherine is their compassion and willingness to keep the residents happy and safe. Wonderful place to live
Living here is like living in a resort. The grounds are kept up and beautiful. Maintenance is very prompt to any issues. ... The gym has everything I need. The Catherine Is The Place To Live!
My husband and I love living here! We love the location. So close to things we love to do. Like the Harkins 101, Scottsdale ... Quarter, The Promenade, etc. The staff here is so helpful! The pool and all of the amenities are clean and have a remodeled feel. The only complaint I have is our neighbors are so loud and the walls seem to be pretty thin because we can hear a lot from our upstairs residents.
